Accompanying Persons.

Accompanying persons will receive a name badge, bed and breakfast plus evening meals including a ticket to the conference dinner on friday evening at Savill Court Hotel.  They will share a room with the delegate they are accompanying unless a supplement is paid for an additional room. These places are partners / friends only and may not be researchers into low temperature physics. 

It is envisaged that most accompanying people will want to independently sample the local attractions, however we will be arranging a guided tour of Windsor Castle and a walking tour of Royal Holloway's Victorian campus and College Chapel.

Conference management will be happy to provide travel and tourist information for those wishing to visit the museums, galleries and shopping to be found in central London.
