The letters of invitation for the purpose of visa application will detail the dates and location of the conference including the address of the accommodation. It has been suggested that the following additional information in the letter would be beneficial in processing the visa request:

Phone:Also name/s ans details of accompanying persons that also require a visa.
Please supply the above information and the address to which you want the invitation letter sent (a pdf version will also be emailed to you). If you feel that any of the above information is not necessary for your visa application feel free to leave that section blank.
